1. the Amazon device is plugged in;

2. the Alexa device is connected to Wi-Fi;

3. your robot app and the Amazon App are up to date;

4. the correct skill is activated; 

5. the command is pronounced clearly. 

If the problem persists, make sure you are using one of the commands available for your robot.

If Amazon Alexa still won't respond to your robot commands, make sure your user account for this robot app and the Alexa skill have been successfully linked.
